Speaker issued fresh notices to BRS MLAs who defected to Congress

Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar has issued fresh notices to six BRS MLAs who defected to the Congress, seeking further details on their defence, while also directing BRS petitioners to submit additional evidence in proper legal format regarding the defections.

As part of



proceedings initiated against the defected legislators, the Speaker’s office served notices on Thursday to Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy (Jogulamba Gadwal), Sanjay (Jagityal), Gudem Mahipal Reddy (Patancheru), Pocharam Srinivas Reddy (Banswada), Kale Yadaiah (Chevella) and Tellam Venkat Rao (Bhadrachalam).
