Somesh Kumar says Secretariat employees need to contribute for the State's development

Somesh Kumar wanted Secretariat employees to work as per Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s vision and contribute for the State’s development. The Telangana Secretariat Association felicitated the Chief Secretary for promoting 122 Secretariat Employees, at BRKR Bhavan yesterday.

Addressing on the occasion, the Chief Secretary informed that government had taken up a drive



to promote employees of all departments and also issued a GO reducing the service period from three years to two years, irrespective of panel year for considering promotions. He also reminded that Chief Minister had also offered 30 per cent PRC to the employees. The Chief Secretary also instructed the GAD to train employees in drafting, notes and computer skills.
