Snakes patiently wait for fish at Siddipet lake

A video showing a group of snakes patiently waiting for fish at a lake in Dhoolmitta mandal headquarters has gone viral on social media.

With the lake brimming following consistent rains in the district, water began overflowing through the vent. Nearly a dozen checkered keelbacks were seen



strategically resting on a rock slightly above the flowing water, waiting to catch fish jumping out of the current.

Several other keelbacks were also spotted in the water on the other side of the vent. A local man captured the video and shared it online, where it quickly gained wide attention.
