Skeletal remains found in locked house in Nampally

The skeletal remains of a human body were found in an empty and locked house near Nampally market area on Monday.The police are yet to identify if it belongs to a man or woman.

As per available information, the remains were found in the house which has been locked for more than seven years. The local residents who sensed a foul smell



emanating from the house immediately alerted the local police.

The police team reached the spot and forcibly opened the door and found the skeletal remains inside. The CLUES team visited and collected samples.

South-West Zone DCP Chandramohan visited the spot and enquired details from the investigation officials.
