Six persons injured as RTC bus collided with a lorry near Siddipet

Six persons, including the driver of a Siddipet-bound RTC bus, sustained injuries when the bus rammed into a lorry travelling in the same direction on Rajiv Rahadari near Gouraram in Wargal mandal on Monday.

The lorry reportedly applied sudden brakes, following which the bus driver lost control and crashed into it from



behind. The bus, which had left the JBS Bus Station for Siddipet, was carrying six passengers.

The condition of the driver and one of the passengers is said to be critical. The injured were rushed to the government hospital in Gajwel for treatment.

Gouraram police registered a case and are investigating.
