Sigachi industries Disbursed Rs 10 lakh to families of blast victims

Sigachi Industries, in whose Hyderabad plant at least 46 people died following a devastating fire on June 30, said on Wednesday /(July 23, 2025) that it has disbursed ₹10 lakh each to 15 families in the presence of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Telangana.

The remaining will be disbursed in a phased and structured manner, in consultation with district



authorities and families. 

A detailed payment schedule is currently being finalised and will be shared in due course, following a thorough verification process.

 It said this, in a release, announcing the disbursal of interim compensation under the ex-gratia financial support package for the families of the deceased has been initiated.
