SHE Teams Make Special Arrangements at Ganesh Pandals in Hyderabad

The Hyderabad SHE Teams are making special arrangements during the upcoming Ganesh festival to ensure a safe and secure environment for all devotees, especially women and children visiting pandals, immersion processions, and crowded places. 

Women Safety Wing, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dr. Lavanya NJP said, “Celebrate with devotion, not with wrong intention", SHE Teams are in Action.

The DCP said further stated SHE Teams will be vigilant round-the-clock at all major



junctions, pandal areas, and immersion routes. Officers in mufti, supported by surveillance cameras, will keep a close watch on gatherings to curb incidents of eve teasing, misbehavior, stalking, or harassment and action will be taken against the culprits.
