Seven teams formed to nab Shabad murder suspect, says Tarun Joshi

Future City Commissioner of Police Tarun Joshi on Saturday said the gruesome killing of six people in Shabad mandal of Ranga Reddy district took place at two different locations, and police have launched an intensive search to nab the suspect, Raj Kumar.

Addressing the media, the Commissioner said police received information about the murders during the night.

According to the



preliminary investigation, Raj Kumar first went to the house of the teenage girl in Shabad at around 11 p.m., where he allegedly stabbed her mother and grandmother to death with a knife. He then allegedly took the 17-year-old girl to a lake near Nagarkunta, where he allegedly murdered her.

After committing the three murders, the suspect allegedly returned to his own house and killed his wife and two children.
