Telangana minister Seethakka has served a legal notice to former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao over alleged baseless allegations concerning the procurement of mobile phones for Anganwadi workers.

Holding him accountable for what she termed a “misinformation

campaign” by the BRS party on social media, the minister has demanded an unconditional apology within 48 hours.

The notice further warns that failure to withdraw the claims will lead to both civil and criminal proceedings against the former chief minister.
