SCR to run special trains for Sabarimala pilgrims from November 24

To accommodate the surge of pilgrims traveling to Sabarimala, South Central Railway (SCR) will operate special train services between Charlapalli and Kottayam later this month.

According to SCR officials, Train No. 07115 Charlapalli–Kottayam Special will run on November 24 (Monday), and the return service, Train No. 07116 Kottayam–Charlapalli Special, will operate on November 25 (Tuesday). Each train will



consist entirely of 3AC coaches, ensuring comfortable travel for devotees.

The special trains will halt at Bhongir, Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Dornakal, Khammam, Madhira, Kondapalli, Vijayawada, Tenali, Bapatla, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Podanur, Palakkad, Thrissur, Aluva, and Ernakulam Town in both directions.
