SCR begins vaccination drive against Covid-19 in Hyderabad

The South Central Railway has begun a vaccination drive against COVID-19 for the frontline health workers, medical and nursing staff working in Hyderabad. 

South Central Railway General Manager Gajanana Malya has formally launched the drive at the Lalaguda Railway Hospital in Hyderabad yesterday. Doctors, Nurses and Housekeeping staff have been given the first



shot of vaccination. 

According to an official release, the SCR Lalaguda hospital has received 593 vaccines in coordination with Central and State Governments. These vaccines will be given to medical and nursing staff besides laboratory staff at the health units of SCR at Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Kachiguda, and Moulali.
