SC stays tree felling around KBR Park In Hyderabad

The Supreme Court of India on Monday issued a stay on tree felling in the eco-sensitive zone surrounding the KBR Park in Hyderabad.

The apex court also issued a notice on the plea challenging the



move to cut trees around the park for road development under the H-CITI project.

According to livelaw, a bench comprising Justice BV Nagarathna and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan passed the interim direction.
