Rs 18,444 Cr Credited as Telangana Completes Kharif Paddy Procurement

Telangana Minister for Civil Supplies Uttam Kumar Reddy on Tuesday said the state had successfully completed paddy procurement despite adverse conditions.

He reviewed the 2025–26 Kharif season paddy procurement at a meeting

with Civil Supplies Department officials at Begumpet.

The minister stated that 14.2 lakh farmers benefited from the procurement process and payments amounting to rs18,444 crore were directly credited to their bank accounts.
