Road washed away, crops damaged in Sangareddy due to heavy rains

Traffic between parts of Sangareddy and Vikarabad districts was disrupted after a road at Saidapur village in Kondapur mandal was washed away on Saturday morning following heavy rains. Agriculture crops in over 40 acres were damaged in Saidapur.

Sangareddy MLA Chintha Prabhakar visited the spot and examined the damage. After interacting with farmers, he directed engineering department officials to begin road restoration works without delay to ensure connectivity. He also asked agriculture department officials enumerate the crop losses.
