The flagging off ceremony marked the rocket’s formal departure to the launch site at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. Skyroot is set to make India's first private orbital launch attempt in

coming months.

Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu was also present on the occasion. Congratulating the Skyroot team on the occasion, the Chief Minister said it is a matter of great pride that the rocket has been completely designed and developed in Hyderabad.
