Former Minister T Jeevan Reddy attacked the Congress government alleging centralised power, failure to deliver on key promises, and a growing disconnect with public sentiment. He held the Congress high command responsible for the situation.
Speaking to the media after an extended meeting with BRS president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao,
Jeevan Reddy said the Congress high command had lost its grip over Telangana, with decision-making concentrated in the hands of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
“Earlier, Chief Ministers functioned in line with the PCC. Now, the PCC merely implements what the Chief Minister dictates,” he remarked, describing the current functioning as unilateral and dictatorial.
