Remand Prisoner Found Hanging at Chanchalguda Jail

According to reports, Kandi Sagar (31), who was accused in a road accident case, had been shifted to Chanchalguda Jail from Nizamabad Jail recently.

Sagar was reportedly



depressed as his wife allegedly did not respond to his request for assistance in securing bail. 

He allegedly took the extreme step by hanging himself in the jail washroom. Jail authorities noticed him hanging and immediately rushed him to a hospital. However, he died on the way while being shifted for treatment.
