Rain and thundershowers expected in Hyderabad all day on Friday

Hyderabad should prepare for a wet Friday, as the weather forecasts indicate spells of rain and thunderstorms throughout the day.

The IMD-Hyderabad’s Friday morning forecast indicates light-to-moderate showers interspersed with intense thundershowers, gusty winds, and low temperatures in multiple districts throughout the



day.

In a more immediate forecast, valid until 10 am to 11 am on Friday, the IMD-Hyderabad posted on X: “Light rain and thunderstorms with maximum surface wind speed less than 40 kmph very likely to occur in Hyderabad, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Karimnagar, Mahabubabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Rajanna Siricilla and Suryapet districts for the next 2 to 3 hour
