PROTESTS CONTINUE AT GANDHI BHAVAN

The protests of Congress party ticket aspirants, who failed to get B-Form, for GHMC elections continued even on Friday at Gandhi Bhavan. The aspirants came in big way even on Friday to express their ire over the party leadership. Following the rush to Gandhi Bhavan, the Staff of Gandhi Bhavan locked the main gate.




style="margin: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">TPCC secretary Suresh Yadav came to Gandhi Bhavan and burnt the effigy of the former Union Minister Sarve Sathyanarayana effigy in front of the main gate alleging that the party has not given ticket to his daughter Jyostna Yadav for  Goutham Nagar division though the party assured ticket to her. He alleged that Sarve Sathyanarayana sold Goutham Nagar ticket to another candidate for Rs.30 lakh.

Another candidate named Renu from Ghansi Bazar division came to Gandhi Bhavan along with her followers and staged a dharna in the premises. She alleged that Congress Legislative Council opposition leader Mohd Ali Shabbir sold the ticket though the party assured her ticket of Ghansi Bazar.
