units during January-September 2026, while the value of registered transactions increasing by 4% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs.39,910 crore.
However, the report documents that in September 2026, around 5,620 properties were registered, a decline of 15% YoY and 5% month-on-month (MoM). The value of registered transactions stood at Rs.4,487 crore, declining by 7% YoY and 2% MoM in September 2026.
