Ponnam Prabhakar Launched Road Safety Pledge Website at Secretariat

Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar on Wednesday launched the Road Safety Pledge Website at the Secretariat, marking a key step towards building a culture of responsible road behaviour in Telangana. 

The Minister said the initiative aims to reach every two-wheeler owner at the field level through



an online pledge certificate and encourages students to take a road safety pledge along with their parents, strengthening awareness through family bonding. 

He emphasised that road safety is a shared responsibility and that sustained awareness can significantly reduce road accidents and fatalities.
