Ponnam 'Govt Prioritising Healthcare for Healthy Telangana'

Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar said that the State government is according the highest priority to the medical sector with the goal of a healthy Telangana. 

On Tuesday, the Minister, along with local MLA V Naveen Yadav, District Collector Dr. Priyanka Ala, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan and other senior officials visited the Basti Dawakhana. 

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister



said that the State government is according the highest priority to the medical sector and has brought many revolutionary changes in the medical sector.

He directed that every patient who visits should be provided better medical services. Doctors explained that the Basti Dawakhana receives 100 to 150 OP patients every day. He instructed that the OP number at the Dawakhana should be increased and that patients should be treated courteously.
