Police constable dies by suicide at home in Uppal

A police constable, working at Filmnagar police station in the city, died by suicide at his house in Uppal on Saturday.

The policeman, K Srikanth (42), worked at Filmnagar police station and is a resident of Mallikarjuna Nagar in Uppal. On



Saturday, he hanged himself at his house.

The family members of the constable told the police that Srikanth was facing some financial problems and might have ended his life over it. However, the police are probing the case from all angles.
