POCSO case: Bandi Sai Bageerath skips police questioning again

The investigation into the POCSO case against union Minister Bandi Sanjay?s son Bandi Sai Bageerath intensified on Friday, after the suspect, yet again failed to appear before Pet-Basheerabad police for questioning for the second time.

Police had issued a notice directing Bageerath to appear before the investigating officer in connection with



the case registered under the POCSO Act and provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on May 13.

However, instead of appearing earlier this week, he had sent a written request seeking additional time, citing personal reasons and the need to collect documents. Despite that extension request, he did not turn up on Friday as well.
