Phenom, a global leader in Applied AI for human resources and workforce transformation, is set to deepen its presence in India with increased investments in technology, talent and innovation. The company plans to create more than 2,000 additional employment opportunities in India in the coming years, while expanding its physical footprint in Telangana.

The company’s India growth plans will be highlighted at IAMPHENOM India 2026, to be held on December 17, at Novotel Hyderabad. Positioned as a dedicated platform for Applied AI in HR and IT, the event will bring together HR professionals, talent acquisition leaders, HRIT teams and C-suite executives to explore how AI can deliver



measurable outcomes in hiring, employee development and workforce retention.

Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and Co-Founder, Phenom, said the future of work is being shaped by how organisations invest in their people and added that IAMPHENOM India will help leaders move from experimenting with AI to transforming how people work, develop and grow.
