Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday announced the constitution of an Official Committee to strengthen "digital governance" in the Telangana State. 

The committee will have to submit a report in 100 days. To streamline the prompt payment of salaries of contract and outsourcing employees, the Chief Minister instructed the authorities to take action against the agencies that are not functioning in tune with the government's goals.

The CM held a review



of the problems facing the contract and outsourcing employees today. During the review, CM Revanth Reddy said that strict action must be taken against the agencies that are not paying salaries promptly to the contract and outsourcing agencies even after the release of funds by the government. 

The Chief Minister sought the details of the implementation of the digital governance and instructed the officials to formulate plans for digital governance and draft the necessary legislation.
