Over 30 people sustained injuries due to stray dogs attack in Nirmal

Over 30 people sustained injuries when stray dogs attacked them at different colonies in Bhainsa town, Nirmal on Monday.

According to locals, at least 25 men, women and children received injuries when the dogs bit them in Ganesh Nagar, Madina Colony, Kadda Hotel Area, Bus Stand and other parts of the town. 

They were admitted to an area hospital in Bhainsa. Some of them were



undergoing treatment, a few of them were discharged by evening.

Locals expressed concern over the growing stray dog menace. They regretted that the dogs were attacking residents at regular intervals.

 They stated that they were hesitating to move in the streets for buying groceries and many other day-to-day tasks. They urged the officials to address the challenge at the earliest.
