Over 2.81 crore voters in Telangana: EC

The total electorate for the 17 Lok Sabha constituencies in the State as on date is 2,95,18,964 including 1,48,42,619 male voters and 1,46,74,977 women voters. The present electoral rolls has gone up from 2,81,65,885 in the 17 Parliamentary constituencies in 2014.

According to the Special Summary Revision-2019 of electoral rolls released by the Chief Electoral Office of Telangana State, Malkajgiri Parliamentary constituency has the highest number of voters – 30, 98,816 including 16,13,001 male voters, 14,85,504 females voters and others 311. Mahabubabad (Scheduled Tribe) constituency has the lowest electorate at 14,14,210 including 6,98,325 male voters and 7,15,848 women voters. The constituency-wise electorate count is: Adilabad (ST) -14,81,662; Peddapalli (SC)-14,69,056; Karimnagar-16,32,824; Nizamabad-15,53,301; Zahirabad-14,95,479; Medak-15,95,272; Malkajgiri-30,98,816; Secunderabad-19,54,813; Hyderabad-19,59,490; Chevella-24,15,598; Mahbubabad-1501993; Nagarkurnool (SC)-15,88,746; Nalgonda-15,79,207; Bhongir-16,23,145; Warangal (SC)-16,53,474; Mahabubabad (ST)-1414210 Khammam-15,04,878; making a Total of 2,95,21,964 voters.
