Over 250 doctors, including prominent faculty and surgical experts from across India, are participating in the AMASI Skill Course and FMAS (Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery) examination programme, which was inaugurated on Friday at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences
(NIMS).
Organised by the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI), surgeons and young doctors from various states are participating in the training, which aims to develop technical skills and modern surgical methods specifically in the field of Minimal Access or Laparoscopic Surgery.
