Osmania University postpones July 24 exams 'Student Shutdown Call'

Osmania University on Thursday postponed all examinations scheduled to be held on July 24.

The university took this decision in view of left-affiliated student unions calling for a shutdown of all educational institutions in protest



against a lathi-charge on students during recent ‘Chalo Sansad March’ in Delhi over the NEET UG 2026 paper leak issue.

The revised schedule/timetable for the postponed examinations will be communicated in due course, the OU said.
