Osmania University engineer held for accepting bribe

Gone are the days when bribes were accepted in a hush-hush manner under the table. 

The corrupt employees have become so emboldened nowadays that they accept bribes online.

Here is one such case of a Deputy Executive Engineer of



the Osmania University, who accepted a bribe of Rs 5,000 online and later Rs 6,000 in cash to release the money due to a contractor. 

Unfortunately for him, the anti-corruption bureau officials lay in wait and nabbed him along with the bribe amount on Tuesday.
