One nation, one election is must for development & political stability: Agri Minister Shivaraj Singh Chouhan

Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivaraj Singh Chouhan and Union Coal Mines Minister have emphasised the need for creating awareness among people about the need for One Nation-One Election. Speakers at the conference held in Hyderabad yesterday stressed the need to have election reforms for better conditions in the country for future generations.

Speakers have asked intellectuals from different fields to sensitise people on the need for One Nation-One Election. Speaking at the programme virtually, Mr Chouhan said one nation, one election is a must for development and political



stability. He opined that a constitutional amendment is to be made for the same, and intellectuals from different sectors should act upon it.

Union Minister and BJP State President Kishan Reddy called upon intellectuals to create awareness among people about One Nation-One Election. He said development is being delayed due to elections at some or other place in the country, as political leadership, officials and every system are engaged with elections. BJP General Secretary Sunil Bansal, public representatives and eminent people in different sectors attended.
