The officials of various government departments on Tuesday visited the building at Gulzar Houz where 17 people lost their lives in a fire incident on Sunday.
Officials of the revenue department, fire services, forensic department and local police inspected the premises and recorded notes in detail about their findings.
The Charminar police had registered a case on Sunday after the incident after one of the relatives of the people who died in the incident made a complaint.
The police have already asked different
government departments to visit the place and conduct an investigation.
According to sources, the fire broke out following a compressor blast due to overheating and soon spread in the building which has a lot of wood work on the ceiling.
The vehicles parked in the entrance added to the fire creating obstacles for the entry into the building.
Meanwhile, the Bahadurpura Tahsildar conducted a panchnama and handed over some property from the building to the family members on Tuesday in presence of the local police.
