Nurses from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) have launched a daily one-hour protest from Monday, demanding that the hospital’s management addresses their issues.
The members of NIMS Nursing Union here on Monday said that there are many grievances related to the well being of nurses, which have not been addressed by the
hospital management.
“Today, we launched peaceful protests after multiple appeals to address the long-pending issues of the nursing officers failed to elicit an appropriate response from the administration,” they said.
As part of protests, the NIMS nursing officers wore black badges on Monday while performing their duties.
