NIMS Deputy Superintendent booked for cheating fellow doctor

The Banjara Hills police have registered a case against Dr Nori Lakshmi Bhaskar, Deputy Superintendent at NIMS Hospital, for allegedly cheating another doctor of several crores of rupees.

The complainant, Dr V. Sree Ramulu,



alleged that Dr Bhaskar defrauded him and threatened him with dire consequences.

Acting on the complaint, the police booked a case under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and have launched an investigation.
