Cautioning that forces inimical to Telangana were uniting and hatching conspiracies, the BRS working president KT Rama Rao has alleged that some people including the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy were criticising the BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao only due to an identity crisis.
The Chief Minister keeps hurling abuses at the BRS president only to grab media attention. Despite all these attempts, he is failing to get recognition from different sections of society, he said.
“From programme anchors to film actors, many are still not recognising Revanth Reddy as the Chief Minister. This is leaving him furious,” Rama Rao
said.
He was speaking after welcoming the All India Forward Bloc party leader Pillutla Raghu from Huzurnagar constituency into the BRS party here on Sunday.
During his elaborate speech, the BRS working president came down heavily on the Chief Minister accusing him of trying to cover up his failures. The Chief Minister had admitted that the Congress government had borrowed nearly Rs. 3.70 lakh crore in the last two-and-a-half years. But, save for carrying money bags to New Delhi, what has he done for Telangana, he asked.
“Before 2023 elections, Revanth Reddy was “Dana Veera Sura Karna” but after elections he became “Kumbhakarna”, Rama Rao slammed.
