Nehru Zoological Park urges citizens to vote 'Indian Mouse Deer'

The Nehru Zoological Park has urged people to vote for the Indian Mouse Deer in the Beacons of Hope voting, a public voting process. 

The initiative titled Conservation Breeding and Reintroduction of the Mouse Deer’ (Moschiola indica) from Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, has been listed at Serial No.1.

has been protecting one of India’s smallest and rarest deer through conservation, breeding and reintroduction into the wild. 

“Your vote strengthens breeding, protection and return to the wild for this fragile native species,” the zoo said.
