Mystery Behind Unknown Person’s Murder in Secunderabad Solved, 1 Held

The Mahankali police on Thursday solved the mystery behind the murder of an unidentified person on a pavement on SD Road in Secunderabad on May 18, 2025 with the arrest of a person from Mahatma Gandhi Nagar in East Marredpally. The arrested has been identified as Shiva alias Donga Shiva (31) of Mahatma Gandhi Nagar in East Marredpally. Shiva was involved in three other cases reported in Tukaramgate and Malkajgiri police station limits, according to police.

S. Rashmi Perumal, said that on May 17, 2025, around 1.10 am, a person was murdered near JK furniture shop. Owing to sudden provocation and vengeance, the accused attacked the victim with a boulder after a quarrel the previous night. The victim suffered severe head injuries and bleeding. The police registered a murder case based on a complaint through dial 100 about the incident. The caller said an unidentified male, approximately 52 to 55 years old, was found lying in a pool of blood on the footpath SD Road in Secunderabad.
