Miyapur police arrested man for attempting to steal money at ATM

The Miyapur police swiftly responded to a Dial-100 alert and arrested a man who was attempting to steal from an ATM in the Hafeezpet area.

The incident occurred on Sunday late night, at a State Bank of India ATM located in Marthanda Nagar.

on the information, police reached the spot within minutes and caught the suspect red-handed during a preliminary inspection.

The suspect was identified as V. Katamaiah (24), a resident of Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh. Police registered a case and are investigating.
