Minor Girl electrocuted during Brahmotsavams in Jagtial

A 12-year-old girl, Thipparaveni Madhusree, was electrocuted while participating in the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Brahmotsavams in Kodimial on Tuesday night.

According to local residents, she was playing with friends when an electric



wire got entangled around her neck. In an attempt to steady herself, she held on to a steel rod and suffered an electric shock as she was not wearing slippers.

Family members rushed her to hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.
