Ministers Pay Tributes to Venkataswamy on his Birth Anniversary

Labour Minister G Vivek Venkataswamy, BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin paid tributes to senior Congress leader G Venkataswamy on his birthday here on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, Prabhakar said, “Millions of people are born in this world. But only a few leave an indelible mark on history with their lives. Venkat Swamy is one of such great people.”

Venkat Swamy is a

great leader who is committed to ethics and justice, always responding to the problems of the poor, the downtrodden and the weak, and dedicated his life for them. “I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him politically.

When I entered politics, he guided me on many occasions. I will always remember the advice he gave on how to be a politician, how to understand the problems of the people, and how to stand by the poor,” he recalled.
