Mild tremors felt in Narayanpet,Telangana State

Mild tremors felt in Narayanpet district of Telangana around 9.40 am on Wednesday leaving the people across the district in panic. Villagers in Utkur, Nidugurthi, Chinnaporla, Pedda Jatram and other villages rushed out of their houses. 

According to the villagers, the



tremors were felt for about two seconds. No damage has been reported in any part of the district.

The officials of National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) have been informed who are monitoring seismic activity in the area.
