Mild tension broke out at Tank Bund 'Ambedkar death anniversary'

Mild tension was reported during the death anniversary observance of Dr B R Ambedkar at Tank Bund on Saturday.

The incident occurred around noon, when Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and film producer and Chairman of Telangana Film Development Corporation, Dil



Raju, who arrived to pay floral tributes at the Ambedkar statue, were confronted by members of the Mala Sangham.

The protesters raised slogans demanding immediate amendments to the Scheduled Caste classification law and surrounded the Deputy CM, leading to tense moments at the venue.
