Migrant couple hacked to death in sleep at construction site in Sangareddy

A couple working at a construction site was found murdered at Indresham under the Patancheru police station limits during the intervening hours of Friday and Saturday. Unidentified miscreants are suspected to have beat them to death with sharp weapons while they were asleep.

Somla Dasarath (50) and Manyamma (46), natives of Dongachintha Thanda in Gudur mandal of Mahabubnagar district, had migrated to



Indresham a few years ago in search of livelihood.

The couple were living in a hut close to the construction site where they were working. The murder of the couple in the middle of a residential colony created a sensation in the area.

On receiving information from locals, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to the government hospital in Patancheru for postmortem.
