Man killed, three injured as car crashes into truck on ORR

A man was killed and three others, including a woman and a young boy, were injured after a car rammed into the rear of a truck on the Outer Ring Road near Exit No. 15 at Pedda Golkonda near Shamshabad on Monday morning.

According to information available, the car was travelling from Tukkuguda towards Shamshabad when it crashed into a lorry moving ahead on the ORR. The impact left the front portion of the vehicle completely damaged.

The male



passenger died on the spot, while a woman suffered serious injuries. The driver of the car and a young boy also suffered injuries in the collision.

On receiving information, the local police and emergency responders from the 108 ambulance service rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby private hospital for treatment. Their condition is yet to be officially disclosed.

The police cleared the damaged vehicles to restore traffic movement.
