Man dies after jumping off VST Steel Bridge near RTC Cross Road

A young man allegedly died by suicide after jumping off the VST Steel Bridge near RTC Cross Roads on Friday.

According to information available, the youth who is yet to be identified had parked his bike at the bridge and jumped from the flyover.

He fell on the road, suffered serious injuries and died on the spot.

On receiving



information, the Chikkadpally Police who reached the spot found a mobile phone kept on the bike, reportedly containing a suicide note.

In the note, the youth allegedly stated that he was not under any debt and attributed his decision to a girl he loved.

Police are verifying the contents of the note and investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
