Man dies after electric wire fall on him during rains in Ghode Ki Khabar area

A motorist died after a live electric wire fell on him at Ghode ki Khabar in the Old City during the flash rains in the city around midnight on Thursday.

The man, identified as Mohd. Mustafa, was on his way home on his bike in the rain when the incident



occurred.

 

Due to heavy winds and downpour, the wire was damaged and fell on him. He suffered an electric shock and died on the spot, police said.

The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital for autopsy.
