A 50-year-old man died after he allegedly slipped and fell from the pent house of a multi-storied building at Mansoorabad in LB Nagar on Thursday.

The victim was identified as K Madan Mohan, who returned from Dubai two years ago and was into farming. He was staying with his wife Swetha Reddy and two children at Vishalandhra Colony here.

According to the police, it is suspected that Madan Mohan went on a walk on the terrace



and climbed up the pent house. He accidentally slipped and fell from there on the ground.

“He died on the spot. His wife heard a huge sound and rushed out of the house to see and found him dead in a pool of blood,” said an official.

The LB Nagar police are investigating, said preliminary investigation indicated it was an accidental death and there were no signs of suicide. The family too has raised no suspicion on the death.
