Mahindra University (MU) on Thursday launches two state-of-the-art research laboratories – Centre for Advanced Electron Microscopy and InfraX, an integrated civil engineering laboratory ecosystem.

The Centre is equipped with a Zeiss Sigma 360 Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) integrated with AMETEK Energy-Dispersive X-ray

Spectroscopy (EDS). It offers imaging capability, ultra-high-resolution surface morphology analysis, and precise elemental mapping.

The facility empowers researchers to explore materials at the nanoscale with unparalleled detail. It will support multidisciplinary innovation across materials science, nanotechnology, engineering, biotechnology, and related fields.
