The Mahindra University (MU) here on Wednesday condemned the use, possession or distribution of narcotics and illicit substances in all forms.
In a statement, MU Vice Chancellor, Dr Yajulu Medury said the University was deeply concerned about the recent developments involving certain students in a city-wide narcotics-related
investigation.
This comes after the EAGLE Telangana Task Force busted an interstate narcotics racket operating in and around Mahindra University and arrested four persons on Tuesday.
The University has fully cooperated with the ongoing police investigation and provided complete support to law enforcement authorities to ensure the matter is addressed swiftly and appropriately, he said.
